Your safety and the quality of health care you receive while a patient at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center is very important to our commitment to exceed the expectations of our patients. If you have any concerns about patient care and safety while in the hospital, we ask that you bring it to the attention of the department supervisor so that we may address your concern in a timely manner. If the supervisor is unable to resolve your concern, we ask that you contact hospital administration at extension 1501 in order to bring it to our attention for resolution purposes.
