Messages will be delivered between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm CST, Monday-Friday. Any messages received outside of these hours will be delivered the next business day. Due to patient confidentiality and/or the patient's medical condition, we cannot confirm to you that any patients is in-house or guarantee that the message will be delivered to them. For best results, please include information about the patient you're sending the message to such as name and room number.
